What is Tesamorelin?

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) that stimulates the pituitary to increase endogenous growth hormone secretion. Unlike direct growth hormone, it works upstream, preserving natural pulsatile GH release and downstream IGF-1 signaling.

What it does / research shows

Research shows tesamorelin increases growth hormone output, enhances lipolysis, and preferentially reduces visceral adipose tissue while supporting lean mass preservation.
